羊肉,可以說是一種上品的食材,以前宮廷皇室,羊肉算是鮮美之肉!🐑🐏🐐

在此穿插一則有趣的小故事。先來看看「鮮」字怎麼寫的,「魚」+「羊」為鮮。傳說堯舜時期的彭祖,晚年時期特別喜愛自己的幼子夕丁,而夕丁喜歡捕魚,因為擔心他在河裡捕魚的安全,彭祖禁止夕丁靠近喝水。然而,有一天夕丁不顧父親的禁令,去河裡抓回了魚。彭祖的妻子知道後,為了夕丁不受責罰,偷偷講魚河羊肉混在一起煮,卻沒想到如此的美味。彭祖因喜歡這道菜,取名為「羊方藏魚」,而「鮮」字也由此而來。雖然關於「鮮」字的來歷有各種說法,但小編覺得這則有寫歷史起源的意義。相傳食用羊肉就是從堯帝時期開始的,可見吃羊肉歷史悠久。

宋朝時期,羊肉的地位特別,一般人吃不起羊肉。有記載說:“平江府的羊肉900錢一斤,貴得都沒人敢買了品嘗!” 當時人們需要用幾斤的茶才能換一隻羊,即使茶的精貴,也貴不過一隻羊。宋朝皇家對羊肉的需求特別的大,每年要消耗十萬多斤羊肉。宋仁宗皇帝,愛吃羊肉到連晚上做夢都想到烤羊肉。 宋代的官員,羊肉有兩種吃法:「文吃」和「武吃」。「文吃」就是在雅緻的環境下,配有美酒,享受精心烹飪的羊肉美食;「武吃」只關心吃肉,沒有別的太多的要求。

蘇軾除了發明了有名的東坡肉外,他和羊肉也有很深的緣分!蘇軾的仕途坎坷,卻機緣巧合的讓他發現了羊肉的美味。被貶官到惠州市後,由於周圍環境和貶官地位的原因,再加上宋朝時期羊肉的昂貴,蘇軾囑咐殺羊的人把沒人要的羊脊骨留給他。拿回家後,經過他的調配,用火烘烤,等熟後食用。因為羊脊骨上沒有什麼肉,蘇軾都是剃上面的碎肉吃。韓宗儒,愛吃羊肉,但是家裡窮,就寫信給蘇軾,等待他的回信而拿去換去羊肉。陸游曾垮蘇軾的詩文好「蘇文熟,吃羊肉。蘇文生,吃菜羹。」即,了解熟悉蘇軾文章的人,可以吃到羊肉,否則,就只能喝菜湯。

這是小編比較比較喜歡的一道主食吧!德國的麵疙瘩配上智利的黑松露和帕瑪森奶酪,以及最重要的「粘合劑」—— 半熟的水煮蛋,只能說愛不停口 😋😋

小時候在家裡常吃到姥姥做的麵疙瘩,配上個鐘餡料,每次都能吃好幾碗!可沒閒到,國外的麵疙瘩也能做出如此美味👍

今天一開始說了這麼多的羊,重點就在這!一道小型的別緻羊排套餐吧🐑

用葉子包裹烘烤出來的羊排,維持在六七分熟,而且嫩度剛好,確實是美味😋😋

同時,還配有另外兩種吃法:左邊起是羊奶酪做的酥脆的咸點,中間是用羊肉培根和松子混合醃製的米飯。最右邊的是配羊排的醬料。提到醬料,其實羊排上的大蔥調配的醬料,羊排就是最完美的搭配!另外,還配有焦糖化的茄子,並且茄子🍆裡面還填有了足足的餡料,咬一口就足矣!

Christmas Eve

Today is Christmas Eve. Actually, it’s nothing special until tomorrow.  People are still busy preparing gifts and wrapping their gifts. My presents have been all ready! Since my friend’s is not close to me, about 5 hours drive, I will have to prepare them all ahead.  That is all my exciting time before Christmas, gifts purchase, friends gathering, friends greeting…. a lot of things happened at the same time. Oh, don’t forget, still working before Christmas 😊. I always like the busy time before a holiday, it makes my life so full of meaning.

Christmas is also a food holiday. I am a foodie, so the Christmas food always satisfies me and makes my day. We have all loved homemake spinach dip, sorts of  appetizers, and wines. I cannot wait to have all them ready for tomorrow!

Ok, this is just a greeting for the Christmas Eve, I am ready for the Christmas, are you?

2016 Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!

I just celebrated Thanksgiving  with my best friend. I always appreciate and cherish every moment with her. We had a wonderful dinner, not only because the food was delicious, but also I enjoyed the time with her to chat.

A story for the turkey. Fortunately, we had a perfect turkey this year. It came juice, tasty and soft, a really well-done turkey for the year!  Why am I feel so good for the turkey of this year? Last year, we were so excited about our turkey. It had new and sound delicious seasoning for preparation.  However, although everything was very well prepared, the cooking time tortured us for a very late dinner. We kept drinking and making fun with the turkey while waiting.  Also, since the heat has been on about 7 hours, we had to keep cooling the house!  The turkey did not come good in the end, the meet closed to the bone still uncooked. We finally gave up due to the long time cooking, and decided to just take the cooked meat to start the dinner.  Well, it seems done. We finally started our dinner but the turkey was disappointing! The meat was dry and chewy. Everyone still presented that the dinner was good because we had waited for a such long time. For me, I will say, it was just a plain turkey, it was till good with mash potato, gravy, and vegetables.

心情

今天不想寫英文,只想說說心裡話。

不知道為什麼,今天早上一起來整個人都沒有精神。雖然是自己喜歡的晴空萬里,但依然還是那麼的沒精打彩。我努力的和平時一樣:早餐,運動,準備午餐。。。但是都沒有一點力氣想去做。

很不喜歡自己這個樣子,因為會讓我亂想,做什麼事情都打不起精神,不想做,感覺整個人都徹底的頹廢了!出門後,只想馬上會到家用自己的方式糟蹋自己。。。就像懲罰一樣!

其實我並不想這樣,每當我心情不好時,心裡的正能量“小精靈”總會提醒我,一定要振作起來,即使再不好的心情也要學會自我調整,糟蹋自己不是個可持續性的方法。雖然,有時候正能量“小精靈”的提醒是有些作用,最起碼我會努力把當天的事情在不受我不好心情的影響下完成。但是,我真不喜歡這樣莫名其妙心情不好的自己。每次都不知為什麼,壞心情讓我會對自己沒信心。我平時也算自我樂觀積極,真的是因為自己有壓力嗎?所以我才偶爾會有這樣奇怪的心情。

When I was back home, I felt much better. I hope tomorrow is another perfect day for me!

I just took the qualifying exam. As every Ph.D. student knows, it is a how hard and how stressful exam.

I guess different people will have different experience of this exam. No matter what results it is, this will be good experience to have in the life, and make people to evaluate and think about ourselves.

Mine made me feel more stressful after than before the exam.  Just passing it in a low expectation from the department committee, which made me disappointed to myself.  I wish I could do something later to make it better, however, it was too late!

From now, I will recharge myself and get more energy to work harder.  I need to adjust myself to a better mode.

My breakfast life

Here is my breakfast, here is my life.

I am starting to blog, and want to write down every moment when I feel about the food in my life.

I like to prepare my breakfast by myself all the time except I am traveling or going out for something.  This, I will say, a habit has been a part of life, and I enjoy the time in the morning!

I alway like to spend time on preparing my breakfast, making them looks pretty, tasty and healthy.  Besides, creation is a fun in my breakfast. I mix with different food or ingredient together in an appropriate way, or try create special displays for my photography.

This is my today’s breakfast: Salmon avocado sandwich (with chia seeds, pepper, and a pinch of salt), there should have squeeze a little bit lime juice — I forgot!

A big day

I have started to prepare for it about one more month, but stopped it for doing experiments about two months, and recently, I have to pick it up and refresh it within about a week.

Tomorrow, I am going to face it and face my another big exam day in my life!

Even though I have taken so many exams including two of important exams in my life, I still feel nervous as it approaches. However, this time, it is different! In the past, my parents were around me and encouraged me. Today, tonight, and tomorrow, I have to face it by myself, although I know my parents will still send me message and encourage me. That is the best way they can do and the best wish that I can get.

Always, thankful for my parent’s support and caring!

I believe I can do it and make it the best!!

Life is an art from food!

The inspiration of this food is from reading different recipes!

I love food, and more like to create what I like and what I think to color my life.

When the first time that I took picture of it, I found it just like that someone drew a picture on my home-made yogurt pudding! And it inspires me more to learn taking more vivid pictures and creating more tasty food in my life.  Also, I think, life can be more colorful as long as we bring surprises to ourselves!
